All items offered on Miadove are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you for the best quality!
Shipping carrier: UPS, USPS, DHL, EMS, Local Post

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

SHIPPING & HANDLING
DELIVERY TIME = PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Processing Time: 1 – 5 business days (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.

Standard & Free U.S Shipping: 3 – 7 business days (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.

International Shipping: 10– 15 business days (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.
Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

Standard: $4.99
Express shipping: $22 (Please email us after you order successfully)
International Shipping: $11.99

3. CAN I CHANGE THE DESTINATION COUNTRY OF MY ORDER?
After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.

4. ORDER TRACKING

If your order has been shipped out, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with UPS or USPS. 

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
- For U.S. orders tracking numbers may take up to 3 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.
- For international orders tracking numbers may take up to 5 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.
- If it has been more than 3 days on a U.S. order or more than 5 days on an international order and your tracking data is still not showing, please get in contact with Miadove Support Team
.

* I never received my package, what should I do?
Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.
For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 30 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.
For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.

If your item has not arrived within the time frame, contact MiaDove Customer Service at: support@miadove.com and we will do our best to help you!

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.

Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.
